These guides cover the public Azure DevOps Marketplace extension, its current permissions, personal storage, evidence boundaries, and supported environment.
Looking for QaCockpit Cloud documentation?Enable QaCockpit for yourself
- Open User settings in Azure DevOps.
- Open Preview features.
- Set the scope to your personal settings and turn on QaCockpit access.
- Refresh Azure DevOps. The QaCockpit group and its four hubs appear in project navigation.
Your first authenticated open sends the minimum onboarding record described in Privacy: organization, extension version, and current-user identity fields supplied by Azure DevOps. It does not send project, pipeline, test, or result data.
Enable QaCockpit for the organization
An Azure DevOps organization administrator can select the organization scope in Preview features and turn on QaCockpit access for everyone. Non-administrators can see the organization setting but cannot change it.
Each user can still override the organization setting for themselves. Refresh Azure DevOps after changing either scope.
Disable QaCockpit access
Turn off QaCockpit access in your personal Preview features to hide the navigation for yourself. An administrator can turn off the organization setting for everyone.
Changing the feature setting does not uninstall the extension, change Azure permissions, or delete personal QaCockpit data.
