- Open the exact failure message, stack trace, stdout/stderr, and safe diagnostics.
- Keep triage history when a later execution repeats the signal.
Public launch copy must match the triage actions and persistence behavior verified in the stable extension. Flaky detection must not be advertised if it is only a future roadmap direction.
